RETURNS

At Kindred Haus, we strive to provide our customers with a satisfactory shopping experience. In any circumstance you are unhappy with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns must be sent back to us within 14 days after your return label has been issued. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method upon receiving the returned item(s).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please email info@kindred-haus.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label via email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be automatically deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for return items damaged or lost in transit. Please be sure to wrap your return items carefully. We encourage you to consider reusing the original packaging materials to reduce waste.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for the following items

  • Clearance
  • Seconds
  • Sales

We accept price adjustments on items purchased at the original price within 7 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot honor price adjustments on clearance items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@kindred-haus.com.

We reserve the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon posting on the website. Please review these policies periodically for changes. 

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted please make a separate purchase for the new item.
