SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped from New York City, NY. We currently do not ship outside the U.S. but do not worry, we are working on worldwide shipping!

For U.S. continental orders under $150, we ship via USPS and UPS. Rates are calculated based on your location, box size and weight. Orders over $150 are automatically eligible for free shipping.

Orders will be processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days.* Please note that expected delivery dates are estimates, and are not guaranteed. Please note shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. If you do not receive a shipment notification within 24 hours, kindly check your spam and promotions folders before contacting us at info@kindred-haus.com.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

If there is a pre-order item in your order, we will ship everything after the pre-order item becomes available. Please contact us if you would like the shipment to be arranged separately.

SUSTAINABILITY

We are committed to reducing our environmental footprint and strive to be more sustainable. All orders will be carefully packed with paper materials. Any plastic components are reused from our manufacturers’ original packaging. Please consider extending the life of these materials by reusing them or recycling responsibly whenever possible. We greatly appreciate your contributions to a more eco-friendly future. If you have any suggestions regarding our packaging, please email us. 

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and remediate the issue. Please send us photos of the shipping box and the damaged/wrong item(s) along with your order number to info@kindred-haus.com so that we can process a replacement (if items are in stock) or refund for your order.

We are not liable for any products damaged during transit. If you received a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier as all of our orders are insured. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

LOST PACKAGE

Please follow below steps as soon as you realize your package is lost.

  • Please verify the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate
  • Double check with household members or neighbors who may have accepted the package
  • Contact your local post office or courier service to inquire about the package's status
  • Please contact us at info@kindred-haus.com with your order number so we can begin an investigation

If the shipping carrier confirms that the package is lost, we will offer you a replacement order (if items are in stock) or a refund.

We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but are subsequently stolen or misplaced. Customers are responsible to provide a secure delivery location or consider using delivery services that offer additional security features.

WRONG ADDRESS

Please review your order confirmation email immediately after placing your order to verify that the shipping address is accurate. Contact info@kindred-haus.com immediately so we can correct your shipping address. We will make every effort to update the address before the order is processed for shipping.

Once orders are shipped, we are not responsible for any orders entered with the wrong address. In the event that the provided address is incorrect, the customer is responsible for any additional costs of redirecting the shipment or for re-shipping to the correct address.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be contacted. Additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment to the correct address. If the customer chooses not to have the item reshipped, we will issue a refund, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please do your due diligence to check that all information is entered in correctly.

We reserve the right to update this shipping policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
